Assisted in monitoring and maintaining the reliability and availability of production systems, responding to alerts, and supporting incident resolution. Contributed to automating routine operational tasks and infrastructure processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Event Management System
Built a role-based Event Management System enabling admins to create/manage events and users to book events and receive digital tickets online. Deployed application services and databases on AWS EC2, with a planned QR/RFID-based ticket verification system to support contactless and low-human entry at event venues. System designed to avoid manual ticket distribution and duplication during college cultural events. We built a web application using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL, enabling seamless and secure event booking.
